1. Nature of Our Services

W Detail Studio provides professional automotive detailing and protective coating services, which are custom applied directly to vehicles.

Due to the specialised and labour-intensive nature of these services, they cannot be returned once completed.

However, if a customer believes a service has not been performed to the agreed standard, we will review the concern and provide a reasonable resolution.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service performed:

• You must notify W Detail Studio within 24 hours of service completion
• We may request photos or an inspection of the vehicle
• Our team will assess the concern and determine an appropriate solution

Possible resolutions may include:

• Re-inspection of the vehicle
• Rectification of the affected area
• Partial service correction

We are committed to ensuring our services meet professional standards.

3. Ceramic Coating Results Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings enhance gloss, protection, and hydrophobic properties; however:

• Results may vary depending on the original paint condition
• Pre-existing paint defects such as scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, rock chips, or etching may still remain unless paint correction services were performed
• Environmental exposure, washing methods, and maintenance impact coating longevity

For best results, customers must follow our recommended aftercare instructions.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The booked service was not performed
• The service cannot be reasonably rectified
• The service was cancelled by W Detail Studio

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after service completion
• Vehicles with undisclosed heavy contamination or damage
• Results affected by the vehicle’s pre-existing paint condition
• Improper maintenance or washing after the service

5. Deposits & Booking Payments

Certain services such as ceramic coatings, paint protection packages, and specialty detailing services may require a booking deposit.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits secure your appointment slot
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment
• Deposits may be transferred to a new booking with sufficient notice


6. Appointment Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit
• Rebooking fees for specialty services

7. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Customers must inform us prior to the service if the vehicle has:

• Excessive contamination
• Biohazards (vomit, mould, bodily fluids)
• Heavy pet hair
• Sand, mud, or industrial fallout

Failure to disclose these conditions may result in:

• Additional charges
• Service refusal if unsafe for technicians

8. Warranty Services

Certain coating packages include a manufacturer-backed warranty.

Warranty coverage:

• Applies only to the coating product performance
• Does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing, environmental fallout, or neglect

Customers must follow proper maintenance guidelines to maintain warranty eligibility.
